Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Hoorbit LLC operates strictly on an enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) model. All services, cancellations, milestones, and refunds are governed strictly by the terms outlined in individual, mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) between Hoorbit LLC and its corporate clients. No retail or digital self-serve product refunds apply.
Cancellation and Termination Under Your Agreement
The right to cancel or terminate an engagement, the required notice period, and the consequences of doing so are set by the applicable SOW or MSA. Where an agreement does not specify a notice period, either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by giving 30 days' written notice. In the event of a conflict, the executed agreement controls over this policy.
Milestones and Fees on Termination
Unless the agreement states otherwise, fees for work performed and milestones completed through the effective termination date remain payable, including any committed, non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf. Hoorbit does not apply a separate early-termination penalty beyond the amounts and terms set out in the agreement.
Staff Augmentation Placements
For Corp-to-Corp staff augmentation placements, the end of a placement, notice requirements, and any replacement of personnel are governed by the applicable SOW or MSA. Personnel assigned to an engagement remain employees or contractors of Hoorbit LLC (or an approved subcontractor) throughout the placement and upon its conclusion.
Access, Data, and Deliverables at Wind-Down
On the effective termination date, Hoorbit's access to client systems and the client's access to any Hoorbit-provided environments will be disabled as provided in the agreement. Client materials and confidential information will be returned or securely deleted in accordance with the agreement and the confidentiality terms of our Terms of Service. Deliverables are handled per the intellectual property terms of the agreement.
No Self-Serve Cancellation
Hoorbit does not offer self-serve or retail subscriptions, so there is no online cancellation flow. Cancellation or termination notices must be submitted in writing by an authorized representative of the contracting corporate client, in the manner required by the applicable agreement. Refund matters are addressed in our Refund Policy.
